"Every person ,other than 2 staff members ( possible manager with a supervisor talking about rooms) said hello which was warming. Loved how most of the staff you could easily approach and ask for assistance (other than being sent to 2 diff places to get my locker fixed since it wouldn't lock). My room at first glance was very clean and the bed i could actually sleep on comfortably. I found what could've been jam and a lollipop under the table in the room which was fixed quickly. Easy check in...

"All in all it was a great place. The wash and dryer could’ve been better. Unfortunately the wash wasn’t all that great because the water had a odor and the dryers didn’t dry as good as they should spent almost 2 to 3 hours drying your clothes unfortunately they need to do better or either get better machines service was good. Food was OK. Breakfast is OK housekeeping was OK was good. I would truly say I would stay here again. "

"This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact expedia to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner.
