「Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. 「Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.」

「The perfect spot! I cannot say enough about our 2 night stay at Burdett House B&B: beautiful inside and out with a smart mix of time period and functional pieces. Details from local soaps/lotion to snack area upstairs, room key on vintage key, wrap around porch decorated for fall, cozy room with attached bathroom. 「My husband and I booked our stay pretty last minute, and we were so glad we did! Benn Conger Inn was a lovely property with kind, inviting staff. The room was perfectly clean with a view to the quaint backyard where we could enjoy the fall foliage and even spot deer passing through. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal-- fresh baked muffins, local coffee, made-to-order omelettes, and more! It was a quick drive to surrounding larger towns as well. Overall would absolutely recommend.」

「Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. 」
