Kaylah (sp?) went above and beyond to help us get access to, and settled into, our immaculate and comfortable suite, so that we could get some much needed rest. "Staff was not engaging, I got a couple toiletries things they charged to the room and took my cash never acknowledge when asked about the charges never gave a receipt for anything including the final stay. Breakfast was nice and confident for our needs "

"Electrical outlets in the room not working properly. Guess with a loud dog outside barking at 6 am. "

"Property is a little dated, looking forward to the improvements they are making to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't lucky at the casino LOL but it was fun and exciting environment. They should offer amenities for the hotel guests maybe separate entrance and parking. It was a little annoying to enter through regular entrance and show ID each time we entered back into the hotel. "
