「Historic architecture and atmosphere combined with modern amenities. Beautifully preserved. Lovely views of Lake Champlain. Welcoming atmosphere with respect to guests privacy. 「Scott and Kevin are excellent hosts and do everything to make your stay great. The breakfast was great each day and enjoyed the bar at night. Rooms very clean and accommodating. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 star rating in all areas was the hot water in the rooms was not very hot, but showers were good, just brisk!」

「this stay in this B&B was the best we did. The hoste were very welcome and kind . the house extremely warma nd confortable , and the breakfast great ... So the view of this house is fantastic, with also lot of visits around , hiking , and close by Burlington a great city.. i extremely recommend for this nice , quiet place and warm welcome 」

「Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!」
