「We had a rough experience. 1:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off in our room. Maintenance took look at it, and unplugged the speaker. They reset the system, plugged it back in, and apologized. We went back to bed, and then it happened again. They reset it a 2nd time and finally fixed the issue. It ended up taking over 2 hours. We requested another room, but that never happened. They did not offer to comp the room, nor to try to accommodate us at all. We spoke to the manager on the way out...
