「We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.」
