「I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. 「There was a big winter snow storm, i was staying at Tradewinds to be close to work. Staff was very accomodating, i was allowed to check in early - which was very important since i would be getting out of work after 10pm. This may happen again if this winter keeps being so snowy! I am curious if there is some sort of "frequent visitor" status or program for discounts? I am quite sure i will be back, and i recommend this hotel to family and friends. Hopefully next time i can actually spend time...
