「The room was damp and smelled musty. We got in very late after driving for over 7 hours. Check out was 11:00am and before 11:05 housekeeping and the desk manager were at our doors. We were literally collecting our bags. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The night desk clerk was friendly.」

「We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. 「The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor. Much different than the first time I was there back in April. It’s a very nice property and they allow dogs so that’s A Plus, but I was disappointed in...
