「Amazing property with well behaved and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The staff and service is very good and prompt. They provide complimentary hi tea and mehendi. They have private ghat for Gangaji aarti which is very convenient. Overall our stay was very comfortable and highly recommend this property.」

「Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience 」
