"I was in 307, the door was bent in at the top and the bottom as if someone had tried to break in, and the door could be pushed open even though it is locked. The sink had no hot water and the stopper is missing. The cleaning staff only serviced our room 2 out of 5 days. Most nights I had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The room over all was clean. "

"It is listed as a new construction but it wasn't even complete. No mirrors in the bathrooms, minimal utensils and dishes, one bed was broken and held up with 2x4's, no coffee pot (listed to have one), "
