「I cancelled this as on arrival I was told there was no booking I had already paid but was told I had to pay again so cancelled on the app and left.」

「Very beautiful hotel with friendly staff and an amazing view, especially around the restaurant area perfect for taking pictures. The property itself is lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, the pricing did not really match the overall experience we received. My biggest issue was with the booking process through Expedia. I accidentally selected the wrong check-in date for a 3-night stay, and within less than an hours of booking, I immediately requested a correction after noticing...

「Unfortunately the staff doesn't have good customer service. I requested and paid for 3 rooms together and I was given 3 different rooms with different floors. We were supposed to stay together and they refused to accommodate my request. And the staffs have nonchalant attitudes. Also the rooms doesn't have towel or toilet paper and they were arguing with me about it. Overall we didn't have a good stay.」

「Wenn ich alles aufführen würde, was nicht ok war, dann würde es Stunden dauern aber für Europäer mit normalen Ansprüchen absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!」
