"The toilet our room would not flush. The chain was detached from the handle. Could reach to bottom. No one was there could fix. Switched room. New room did not have soda bed. Requested a portable. Both bathroom sinks did not having working drain plugs in sinks. One bathroom had 3 bath towels, 1 hand towl and no washclothes. Then the second room door had the deadbolt stuck open. Would nt retract. The staff was good and did all they could to help. They were pleasant and apologedic. "

"Room was nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room. Staff was helpful and room was kept tidy during my 3 day stay. Easy to check luggage after stay. Good restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Minor nitpick: coffee machine was leaking, heater/ac was somewhat noisy."

"The ceiling in the shower was falling in. I was given a handicapped room that I did not request. The overall condition of the room was less than what was shown in the images on line. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived. I turned on the air and waited for 45 minutes before I called the front desk to share my concern. They said someone would come over in 15 minutes. After 35 minutes had passed, I called again and was told that someone would be "right over." I ended up going to the front desk and requesting a new room and had to pack up and relocate."
