「Presentation upon arriving at the hotel was three star. The front desk was very helpful and very courteous. The restaurant was poor with no real service. Food was OK. It's convenient if you're staying at the hotel versus going out to find food, but if you have the means to go out and get food, I would suggest that. Would we stay here next time, probably not. Oh The room were very nice.」

「The building is very historic room was nice and big, but other than this, there’s not much to recommend about this place. The front desk doesn’t open until noon (or sometimes later, no advanced warning on that), and if you need anything during the non-open Times, they give you a phone number to call. 「We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. The property is in need of repair and upkeep outside. However, the hotel is very historical and has the charm of Samoa.」
