"Cabin was very nice. Had some trouble with fireplace initially. The large windows in the gable faced East so got sunrise at 6 am. Be sure to not to get cabin 21 if not an early riser. Grounds are nice and Ruidoso Rio was flowing heavy from snow melt. Very relaxing. Will return."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Old timey furnishings. Shower was old fashioned but fine. Walls were thin; heard others at times. Breakfast was ok but not memorizable. For the price it was acceptable. "

"This property is at top of mountain providing beautiful views. The condos themselves are older and outdated and in need of repair in some areas but overall comfortable."

"Cabin size was good. The cabin had cob webs on the ceilings. Walls and some wall fixtures were full of dust. The trim was also dusty. On our first night we noticed ants on the bathroom sink and they kept coming out through out the entire time we stayed there. On the first day there we were putting up a few things in a cabinet and my husband found a styrofoam container with beans. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner even helped carry my bags to my cabin. Beautiful location, walking distance to the village. Peaceful evenings and fireplace in most cabins. We will be making return visits often. I recommend this property highly."

"A quaint cozy little cabin that smelled wonderful. BBQ grill and patio table to watch the cars, the creek, and ducks go by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had 2 refrigerators if you planned on staying in. The only downfall was we weren't able to connect to the wifi or have access to the fireplace, but we were able to watch our own movies. I highly recommend this cabin and the communication with the people were excellent and helpful. "
