「The manager of the restaurant was a cool guy. I wanted something to eat, it was quite late, and he accommodated me nicely. I remember I had a Wiener schnitzel thing with potatoes, salad and a beer. Most satisfying. I appreciated his service and tipped him for going out of his way. It was cold in the room, and the staff said it was impossible to switch off the air conditioner. I asked how this could be, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do. It was supposedly like that...

「The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia.」

「The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. The heavy curtains were closed, chairs were placed at either end to hold them, and the bottom of the...

「I like only sauna( the temperature was well), I don’t like: sometimes bad smell in this area from outside. And worst: when I arrived and wanted to change the room to higher category their manager( man) told me that their hotel doesn’t work with Expedia that it’s some fault that I booked through Expedia hotel Milli & Jon and told me that he won’t take the changing through Expedia and will change for mor expensive price from deck only, which he did .」
