「Beautiful hotel, updated, comfy bed, very clean.」

「The room was disgusting, clearly hadn't been cleaned with hair and stains everywhere. The towels were stained and had crusty material on them (clearly weren't washed). I booked a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The WIFI wouldn't stay connected and the internet wouldn't connect so I could stream TV shows. 0/10 do not recommend staying here. The services is awful and the rooms are even worse.」

「Quiet hours are nice for those traveling for work, good breakfast. I got postponed and was anticipating arriving after midnight to check in. I messaged them through Expedia and they had a quick and friendly response. (Late check in was no problem) Gentlemen at the counter that night was very nice. Rooms show some wear, but beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. 」
