「We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! I would like to recommend a seating area to the side of the front door with a couple ashtrays & chairs. As it is now; it smells when you walk in the front door, it is loitered with...

「Great location. Nice and clean. Had everything we needed.」

「overall, it was an okay place to stay, a little deceiving as the golf course is older and run down as is the home is older but quiet. Did not like that we had to contact the host to come clean the pool as it should have been done before we got there but they were there immediately after being contacted. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't say it was one of my favorite places to stay but it wasn't one of the worst either it was just okay. It looked alot nicer in the pictures.」

「Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water.」

「Great accommodations at a great price!」

「The property was very well maintained, nestled in a pretty inconspicuous area. We felt very safe with the gated entrance. All of our questions were answered immediately by Sheila. We really appreciated that. We were within a few miles to coffee and groceries. We did a couple of amazing hikes, the zoo, botanical garden. It was a great little getaway. The weather in Phoenix at the beginning of March is perfect!」

「The house was nice, but the pool & hot tub heating was shut off. When I called to have it turned on, I was informed there was an extra charge. If you're going to make a point to advertise that the pool is heated and has a hot tub you should also say, there is an additional fee and have the pool and hot tub ready for use! 」

「The stay was great. The house manager was very prompt in responding when there was an issue with the internet and a key pad door lock. The home was clean and welcoming. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to places to shop, sightsee and visit friends and family. I would definitely recommend this home!」
