"Airport shuttle was convenient. "

"Upon checking in we knew we were expecting severe storms and possible tornados. We asked the check in staff where we go for shelter. First they did not understand what we were asking. Finally they asked another staff and she responded we have a basement but it going to be fine. However, at 11:40 the tornado sirens sounded and they did not have shelter for us. Did not tell us anything. We stayed on the main floor in the hallway, however there was glass everywhere. Very unsafe. Then our room had no cold water at all. Nothing happened when you you turned it on. So no shower as they water was so hot you could not stand in it. Our phone to call the front desk was also broken. Then when we tried to adjust our heating/cooling unit it would not adjust. Our room stayed 75 degrees all night. I did call them and they came an changed 1 of the 2 batteries in the thermostate then told us they hotel does not allow you use the a/c during winter? I am requesting a refund. This place needs closed down. "

"The airport shuttle stopped running at 11pm so I had to arrange for an Uber after I landed. The airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport looked to be someones personal use vehicle as the only signage was a computer printed paper with the words "Hotel Shuttle" taped inside the front passenger window. The breakfast was good, but the bed was old and uncomfortable. Everything was clean. "

"Toilet was leaking from the bottom. Rooms weren’t clean and sheets had stains."

"The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “. I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!"

"Clean room, heating and cooling was great. Shower drain was slow. Smoke alarm went started chirping in the middle of the night, took off and removed battery. We didn’t want to call anyone at 1 am. Left a note for staff. All in all it was an enjoyable stay."
