"Nice hotel, staff was nice at check in. Room was great except temperature control. My room was 89 when I got in there when the temperature outside was 50. I turned it down from 74 to 60 but nothing happened. I tried again an hour later and changed the configuration to see if that worked. Nothing worked. I sweated all night at 83-89 degrees. When I told the staff, they were not helpful and wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They just said "its an old building and the heat is finicky". Not good enough."

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under renovation, which I wish I had known before I booked. I saw that there had been black mold on the walls where plastic was hung up to semi block off hallways. I’m assuming that was at least part of the reason for the renovations"

"Clean and well maintained. Everything was great, especially the breakfast and a shuttle to the airport."

"The guy at the front desk was really helpful impatient I didn’t have a reservation, but he showed me how to go to Hotels.com and reserve the room and everything worked out really good. I stayed the night. My only issue was I wasn’t able to have ice for my drink. "

"It was however it blew cold air everytime it kicked on during the night until it warmed up. There was good customer service except that we were not told that our breakfast tickets were inside the envelope that held thecroom keys."
