「We booked a room at a lovely property on the historical register. We arrived at 5pm to an empty reception desk, and a not which said we had to go around the side of the hotel to find our room. No door…. Tried to call the number on reception, no reply. Eventually someone turned up and told us we were not staying in the inn, as advertised, but in a house about a block away from the hotel.
