「When we arrived at 4 pm on August 1, 2025, the room that we reserved was not ready. We had an event to attend so we were not able to wait for the room to be ready. We had to accept a room with a double queen instead of a king bed. We were very disappointed that the room we reserved was not ready an hour after check in. 「We had a great experience!! The room was spacious and super clean! The staff were all very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend staying there! We will definitely stay again!!!」

「We have stayed 3 times over the years this will be our last. Stayed 3 nights. Had to let them know Saturday morning and Monday morning there was no coffee. Monday morning breakfast there was hardly any eggs or bacon, the water had not been filled it was obvious it was from the night before no ice. Very disappointing to spend 555.00 for 3 nights. 「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」
