"Slippery tub"

" The staff was amazing, right from valet to the Bellman to the young lady who checked us in everybody, went above and beyond, and in the morning the gentleman who helped us get my parents with two wheelchairs to the airport, and to the check-in I would highly recommend this hotel again"

"Nice hotel and everything’s fine. Just a couple of oddities: 1) This was a prepaid. However, as is typical, an incidentals hold was placed for $100. Little steep but maybe customary for this area. However, front desk agent handed me back my card and said this fee was declined. Knowing there was no way there could be a problem w the card, I asked him to please try again. He typed on his keyboard saying he was trying again and it worked without even needing to present the card again. OK — it...

"Our stay was amazing. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room. The staff was friendly and informative, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was a little small and the fan was really loud, but it really didnt bother us. We definitely plan to stay again!"

"Stayed for two nights here on a vacation. The balcony was overlooking the bay. Two beds and they were comfortable. Nice size TVs. Full kitchen. It was quiet and secluded. You could hear music from the restaurant across the bay by the sand but that wasn’t an issue. We saw dolphins swimming in the evening! Super cool! The staff at the front desk were nice. The guy at the front security gate was nice and helpful (younger kid with glasses). You can park anywhere once you get your parking pass....

"At night people gathered at the pool to drink alcohol and smoke. It wasn't a pleasant situation. It was loud and extremely crowded. It needs to be supervised by staff "
