「Upon arrival the front desk was very nice and professional. we were given a room on the bottom floor entering the room we noticed the bed were not made and looked like some had tried to "turn down" the beds. The young lady who checked us in happen to walk by and we showed her the room. 「The property is still rebuilding but it is in good condition. The pools are great and have something for everyone. Easy beach access. The condo needed some minor repairs but was spacious and easily fit our family of 5.」

「My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇」

「As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. 「Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great.
