「We're do I start. The good, unit had great layout on the first floor. Nice recreation room with pool, hot tub, dry sauna, heated underground parking. The bad, bed sheets were stained all the way thrugh to the mattress pad. Did they even wash them? Mix match of old towels, and wash cloths. Minimal amount of the necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (3) for a 5 night stay. Cheap aluminum foil, scratch Teflon pans. Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down...

The WiFi password was wrong in the email, and you needed to talk to a bot before you could talk to someone. There was also an email sent separately that someone responded on as well. Just confusing. They took good care of us, but would’ve just like one way to contact them. Queen and King beds were very firm! All rooms upstairs. 」
