"The Congress is a short wall to the Symphony, and the art museum. It's an old hotel but clean and everything worked. Mattresses were a little too firm for me. "

"The sheet covering the window is kind of dirty. It would also be better if there were actual blinds covering the windows so I can let sunlight in without exposing the entire window. It would also be helpful to have an airport shuttle to ORD and MDW."

"The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is in a great location with walking to the River District and Lakeshore Drive. The clerk took 4 people ahead of me even though I was the first in line. She forgot to give me a parking validation ticket which made the process of leaving the lot difficult. The rest of the staff was great. You must reserve way ahead of time if you want to eat on-sight. The hall was noisy past 11 pm. "

"3 elevators - AWESOME! No waiting, noatter what time i needed the elevator... Sounds small but very unusual and appreciated. Lounge in entry was nice, and unexpected. Television was horrible - no options to sign into streaming accounts and no real-time guide available on television. Would have liked room service from Bar Louie - excellent food!"
