「After staying for two days, I noticed that I had many bites on my arms, hands, and upper body after the first night, and it was quite itchy. Despite reporting it to the front desk and management, there was no response or follow-up. Very disappointed with such service.」

「This is the most pleasant and accommodating stay we have ever experienced. Each and every one of the staff was not just friendly but warm and welcoming. The room was so clean and stocked well. They had a pool noodles at the pool. It was also very clean, organized and I loved that even though it was an indoor pool, they had chairs to lay on. 「Such a wonderful little apartment! Much better than a hotel room. We stayed 6 days and the location is great. Close to major freeway, lots of restaurants and shopping. It is beautifully decorated and has a totally equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice having a washer and dryer. Immaculately clean!」
