「Clean and quaint」

「This was the perfect location stay for this area! I loved how close Bryson City and the Great Smoky Mountains were.. you really can’t beat this and the cabin is gorgeous!! Very clean.. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back!」

「Beautiful yurt in the woods 🙂」

「This is the cutest cabin, with everything you need to have a lovely, cozy stay in Bryson City. Everything was so new. The porch is gorgeous and we used the fire pit outside—very autumn on purpose. I’m going back as soon as I can:)」

「The view is exceptional! No other buildings or roads as far as the horizon!」

「The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.」

「This place has so much potential. Very cute cabin, but outside area was not as it looked in the pictures. Photos were definitely doctored up to make it seem more secluded, no other house can be seen within those photos. There is a house directly beside, just on the other side of the creek that had 2 dogs running around off leash. Due to the uncertainty of these dogs, we did not stay outside much. As soon as we walked into the cabin, the smell of a very strong air freshener slapped you in the...

「Perfect location, laundry equipment ? Great place!」

「Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...

「The cabin was clean, well-equipped and homey. Though we did not use the fireplace of pit, a firewood bundle was provided. Read the instructions about navigation directions carefully and print them out. Google maps is useless in this location. It is on a dirt road, wirh which my Mini Cooper had no problem. Super comfortable, like staying at a friends' cabin for a week. Whatch out for poison ivy around the perimeter. Stairs are a bit uneven, so use caution. Could use a few handyman repairs (nail...

「Very clean 」

「Property is in a very good location. I may have missed it on the listing but this property is one of three houses sharing the same driveway. When we arrived we found the tv was not working and a curtain rod was falling. When we reached out the number left at the property, we were told that property manager no longer worked for the property. The new property manager reached out the next day to let us know someone was supposed to let us know about those issues before the stay, we were not aware of...

「Relaxing creek beside this lovely basement accommodations. Host was lovely. We were advised that all we needed were our clothes, and she was right. This host has thought of everything.」
