「Cons: -housekeeping service: front desk and housekeeping didn’t communicate w/ each other. Or, staff simply didn’t want to “refresh” our rooms during a five night stay. - A/C, it was 90* out & the AC in the room was not consistent. There was no option to keep it “on” vs auto. - parking: $5 a day Pros: - location, was great for us since we were there for the naval academy - manager & some staff, I wish I got the name of the manager. 「Nice new hotel. Rooms were quiet and clean. Charles and the bar were what differentiated the hotel. Breakfasts were basic and self-serve, with single use plastic which is disappointing. Really unnecessary to charge extra for the parking - cheap trick. We ended up parking just outside to avoid the extra ($35 pd?) expense.」
