"Great location on a beautiful beach and also convenient to shopping and dining; very comfortable mattresses; well stocked kitchen and extras (beach chairs, games, etc.), newly renovated beautiful upstairs bathroom. The street has a traffic light at Route A1A; very helpful. A combination of small things lower the rating: cobwebs on the lamps, hot water heater glitch, challenging thermostat.
