"Great location on a beautiful beach and also convenient to shopping and dining; very comfortable mattresses; well stocked kitchen and extras (beach chairs, games, etc.), newly renovated beautiful upstairs bathroom. The street has a traffic light at Route A1A; very helpful. A combination of small things lower the rating: cobwebs on the lamps, hot water heater glitch, challenging thermostat. Served its purpose well. Note that this is a two-story unit, bedrooms upstairs and nobody above the...
