"I appreciate the convenience of the location to Mayo Clinic. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Beds are very comfortable. "

"Stay was very convenient from the mayo civic center. Parking was easier than anticipated. Room cleanliness was average and coffee pot did work as it should. Rooms were big which was nice. "

"Hotel was great. Only complaint was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Bed was like trying to sleep on a table and there was no support with the pillows. "

"We were there for a weeklong visit to the Mayo Clinic. Therefore, we wanted something with options to cook some of own meals. Hyatt House fulfilled this need. Although the refrigerator is a bit small, it served its purpose. Equipment for cooking was a bit under supplied, but we made do. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay: wonderful staff, complimentary breakfast (mediocre), covered parking, and close to the Mayo Clinic! Will stay there again!"

"The room was amazing. It was very clean. All the staff were very professional very friendly very helpful. We did not want for anything. We were Therefore, a visit at the mayo clinic it was very comfy. They made sure everything was attended to would definitely recommend and go there again."

"The stay was very nice. I appreciated the condition and comfort. Sadly as we were leaving we had to walk trough a group of employees smoking right outside the front door. There was no way to avoid them or the smoke. "

"Staff, especially desk clerk on Monday evening (April 29) was very helpful and friendly. We would have liked to have been given more information on the breakfast. When they said continental breakfast, we thought it would just be rolls and maybe juice. And we didn't know where it was until we asked. We found there was much more than we expected, but by then we didn't have time to eat. We had been there once before, so they may have thought we knew.."
