「Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. That made all the difference for us since we were commuting to/from Mayo Clinic. The free breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, wearing thin during our 1 week stay. Trash was not emptied nearly often enough from the small bins near the elevators. Also the outlets seemed to be nonstandard. It was hard to get a standard hair dryer to stay plugged in due to this issue. Parking onsite was OK, buy maneuvering in the tight spaces was dicey at times. It...

「We love the location of this hotel, right next to a movie theatre, Target, restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that we look forward to using the hot tubs while we are in hotels and the pool area had such a strong smell of chlorine that we weren't able to stay in the pool area for long. If using a pool and hot tub isn't a priority, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.」

「The room had a lot of floor space, the room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was very nice (great kiddie pool too for families with small children). I loved everything about the hotel except the bed. It was quite hard and therefore not very comfortable.」
