「Was a lovely stay…room was incredibly hot but a fan was provided which helped- was the middle of a heatwave so understandable. Food options at the bars was great, fantastic breakfast.」

「AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far.」

「I cannot say enough about how good My stay was. Staff were by far the best I have ever seen. Hotel and the room were spotless. Every Morning I had a traditional Irish Breakfast which was delicious. Unfortunately, there was Heatwave when I arrived 30c which even for an American from New Jersey is Hot. I would have been and Idiot If I had expected air conditioning due to the fact temps like that are extremally rare and if they happen at all it would only be a few days every summer. But they did...
