「I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, which was wonderful for our adult daughter. The rooms were spotless, staff was very helpful. Hubby was in the hospital for surgery, the Residence Inn is virtually across the street and honors a discount for family of patients. We have stayed here before and will return if the occasion presents itself.」

I booked within 3 days of check-in, instructions did not get emailed until after check in time, host did answer phone when called but email was received 30 minutes later. 「The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending.
