"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The waterpark was a highlight, especially for kids. The hotel itself is modern and kept clean, and we found the staff, especially the animators and waiters, to be kind and friendly throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. "We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included).
