「We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. 「Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs 」

「When I arrived I was told the hotel was closed. I took pictures to prove I was there as I had already paid through Expedia. I then had a ‘neighbour’ show up to ‘offer’ alternate accommodation at a very much more cost! The hotel is on a back street and when confronted with having to find an option on the day when I was hoping to visit the palace I conceded to the higher price. This was classic ‘bait & switch! Do not ever book this hotel!!!!」

「Séjour reposant dans un cadre calme avec une belle chambre et une piscine. Un service appréciable à toute heure de la journée et aux petits soins. Hotel, facile d’accès, cependant si vous n’avez pas le chauffeur privé, il peut être difficile de trouver un tuktuk pour la nuit du aux éléphants dans cette zone.」

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, uns wurde jeden Tag eine große Auswahl angeboten. An einem Abend haben wir BBQ gegessen. Manches war etwas trocken, aber insgesamt hat es sich dennoch gelohnt. 「We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. 」
