「Clean and close to everything. Staff very helpful. Would recommend」

「Room was NOTHING like the picture. Advertised with restaurant and bar & price included breakfast. Upon enquiring about the restaurant hours, we were notified that the restaurant was not operational, and the bar license had lapsed. After enquiring about breakfast as it was included in the price, a makeshift station was set up with a toaster, microwave with some cereal, toast & juice offered. Ceiling was falling in around the fireplace in the "games room" where the pool table had seen better...

「Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!」
