"clean room, great breakfast but main outlet on night table between beds did not work. TV did not work. Talked to another hotel guest and he was having trouble with his TV as well. I am afraid to stay at another Holiday Inn. Went to front desk to complain but a bus load of students had just come in. I went back to my room and just used my laptop."

"Our room was fair. Some of the towels were stained. There were no hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty in the corners of the room. The furniture was worn. There were no towels at the pool."

"The door handle fell off our room and the keys barely ever worked. Poor exterior lighting at outside entrances and sketchy drug deals happening in the parking lot behind the attached resturant. The restaurant hostess basically said the kitchen is behind and we don’t really want to seat you. Ended up eating a mini bag of chips in my room. Been there 3 years in a row for same event won’t make it a fourth. It just seems to be going down hill and no improvements "
