The location was perfect to walk into town, the hospitality and kindness of the host Derek was appreciated, the options for food and drinks on the main floor were plentiful, and my room/bathroom was clean/comfortable/safe/well-stocked. I’m already trying to figure out how to get back up to Glenwood Springs and stay here again!"

"BEDBUG ALERT!! One of the bedrooms in the upstairs was full of bedbugs. It has bit us all over and made us feel so uncomfortable and itchy. There were no cribs for the babies/toddlers. Not a great option for families. Apart from this, the view from the cabin was great. "

"The location near the Rio Grande bike path is great and it is also right on Main Street for easy access to restaurants. It is a very noisy location. There is loud partying at night which goes until 12-1am in the morning on the weekends. The property is old and the floors are creaky and slope downwards. The house has smells that emanate from the bathroom and kitchen (No garbage disposal). Food waste goes into the waste basket. You can't open any windows for ventilation. There is no toaster and...
