希洛 3 星級飯店

「I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again.」

「The bedding is somewhat worn.」

「Ok」

「The location was perfect for our visit. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean.」

「We had a good restful night there. The hotel is getting renovated right now so some issues did occur but overall our stay was nice. We did have to work through an overcharge of our room and the front desk clerk did help.」

I have 2 autoimmune diseases, and ended up on my hands and knees on that kitchen floor 3 times. The towels were supposed to be refreshed,...

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「Nice motel for the money. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful」
