「For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.」

「No water no phones in rooms the rooms were damp and stuff nasty ice machine rusted all over it. Just a bad experience over all.」

「Breakfast was limited . Chair in room 324 needs to go . Room was clean besides that ..front desk check in staff very friendly .. everything around there closes kitchens at 9 pm .. wanted sit down food and drink . 」

「A great quiet get away with all the comforts of home! The yard and outdoor spaces were very inviting.. the kitchen was well equipped , beds were very comfortable and the arrangement of the house is perfect for couples or families . We would book again if ever in this location! The trip to Winstar is not bad at all if you want to enjoy concerts or gaming! The cost of this entire house for 6 nights was less than 2 nights at Winstar!」

「Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. 」
