「Checked in late at night, front desk was very accommodating. Offered two types of rooms, came and helped with tv, offered a later checkout when asked. Lobby was clean, served coffee, water bottles and muffins at breakfast. All around great stay for a last minute one night stay.」

「The staff was very helpful. The shuttle service was excellent! We parked our car on arrival and didn't use it again until we left. This was great because Parkin in town was very difficult. Wonderful would stay at ICONA again. 」

「The amenities are great especially the heated pool. Cleaning crew were excellent and texted for our needs. Beach access and amenities are excellent. The staff at the desk need a little bit more personality in welcoming. They checked us in without telling us that the room was not ready and never texted that it was. Parking is very scarce.」

「We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was wonderful. It was situated right on the beach - doesn't get any better than that. It was also flanked on either side with green space -- parks, splash pad and playground for kids and a bike rental nearby. And since it's in Wildwood Crest, it's much quieter than Wildwood. Perfect for families or those seeking relaxation!」

「Our favorite place to stay in Cape May. Welcoming and comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast, cozy touches, and great location!」

「Everything was beautiful. Had no idea beach passes, towels umbrellas and chairs were complimentary! So that was an awesome surprise as well as parking. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone. Beautiful area right near the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. 」
