Man kann also etwas kaufen, aufwärmen oder schnell kochen. Alles war sauber – Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal lief über Textnachrichten – sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren bei Fragen gut erreichbar.」
