During almost our entire stay, we were not provided with working room keys. Every time we needed to enter our room, we had to go to the front desk and ask a staff member to unlock the door. This was inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when we had to wait 10–15 minutes for assistance or return to the front desk because no one arrived to...

「The room was exceptionally large and lovely; even had two 60" TV's - one in front of the beds and 1 in front of the sitting area which had a couch and coffee table. It also had a private patio area with table and 4 chairs. Their restaurants were close by. The full restaurant was very good; only thing it did not have any air conditioning which was not an issue last week, but would be an issue in July and August.」
