"When I arrived they said we don’t use Expedia anymore. So I didn’t have a reservation. The hotel was empty so they could accommodate me, but it shouldn’t be listed on Expedia anymore. The place is cute , restaurant convenient, breakfast good, dinner poor. "

"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"A very classy place, lovingly built by Paul and Joan, who live on the floor above the studio. Even better than the photos - very Conde Nast Traveller exclusive retreat. A large estate, 1.7miles up a very pretty, good side road. 40 minutes slow drive to Apia but the journey is so delightful that’s no problem. Car necessary. Lovely view. Great c.25 metre lap pool, tennis court. Large comfy bed. WiFi. Paul and Joan are very responsive. Nice breakfast, good value, on request. Friendly, happy, laid...
