「We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. 「Mostly I like property that has no high hill side and has no lower hill side that is at middle side. Spa fascility provided by only one women there should be more girls. Kids play area has very few instruments like see saw. There should be more options. Swimming pool has excellent fascility. 」

「We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean. We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great. Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating.」
