「Hotel entrance, hallways, elevator not clean. Old building, old carpet, no AC, no memory foam mattress. Breakfast was fruit, coffee and a few Danish pastries you would take on the go. Very disappointing. The room was clean.」

「I resent the fact that you did not disclose your $ 45 per night parking fee on the main page of your Expedia listing. It looks like you might have replaced a previous resort fee with this expense. Shame on you for this ruse. Also, the TV remotes were the worst I have ever used. Otherwise, the stay was fine.」

「The room was exceptionally clean and the suite was spacious for our family of 6. Cleanliness is a huge deal to us and usually not met at most other hotels - was pleased there was not even one stray hair found (a rarity in hotel cleaning these days!). The pool seemed murky and a bit off. They shut it down shortly after we got there so that they could adjust chemicals. It was needed, but kids were disappointed that they couldn't swim for the night. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. So good! ...

「Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure.」
