"The Room Door bolt does NOT latch enough because the is a nail pin in the way . This prevents the door bolt from clicking into the locked position. This presents a Risky Liability for customers and the Facility Management. PS We have friends/ Family staying there and we were informed the door lock has the same defective issue! Is done on purpose ? Very Risky Liability!"
