"The place has a great view but that's because it is almost a part of the ocean. I do not think the property will be there much longer before nature reclaims it. The beach is gone. There are giant sandbags in covering the beach in a last ditch effort to save the property. I was there less than 2 years ago and the beach was much wider with soft sand. "This property is very spacious and nicely equipped in the kitchen . very nice dishes and cookware. Not the usual cheap cookware often seen on beach rentals. Every room had a closet plus dressers. Laundry in the unit was great. It is one of tje best moderately priced beach rentals I have ever visited and I have been vacationing in Avon NC for over 20 years.
