"The room we received was not the room that I reserved. I reserved a junior suite and we had a regular King room. I know I paid more for the junior suite. The pictures online showed a bigger room for a junior suite and as mentioned we just had a what I consider a normal King room. Otherwise everything was fine, the gentleman at check in was very nice and patient as there was a long line for checking in."

"I was surprised that my room didn’t have a USB charging port. I even double checked with the front desk in case I missed something. I had to charge my phone in my car. Overall, it is a nice hotel."

"We were staying due to a basketball tournament, hotel was unprepared for all the families staying. Breakfast in the morning was very sparse due to them constantly running out of food both mornings. There were no towels in the pool, staff told us “they had run out of towels”. Staff overall seemed very overwhelmed. Rooms were reasonably clean. "
