"Kate was so nice and helpful when we checked in! Our room was upgraded at no extra charge, our room was spacious, comfy, and clean. We were in Oriental for a wedding, had never been to the area before, and Kate even offered to give us a ride home from the wedding. Could not have asked for a better stay!"
