「The continental breakfast is not the best」

「The room was stale smelling, the bathroom sink and toilet was clogged. When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! 「The staff was wonderful and very friendly. When walking in the entrance was clean. You are hit with a stronger than normal smell of cleaner which was a bit odd. Beyond the lobby, the hotel seems to be in the older side and does appear to require updating and repairs. By all means it was not straight up gross but it was not my level of liking (apparently I am bougie). Hallways smelled pretty “herbal” but that is not the hotels fault. Once in the room, it was clean but did not look like the photos...
