「The good: The beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent. The not so good: The shower in the bathroom was terrible. Barely comes out and took forever to get hot. Worst shower ever. The bathroom sink..no hot water. Forgot my toothbrush and front desk had none to provide. There was a bug the size of a rat in my room! It ran behind the bed and when I shone a light back there it was so filthy I had a hard time finding the rat bug. The room had nowhere comfortable to sit. The desk chair was wobbly. The...

「We were disappointed that the pool was closed because it “wasn’t summer” the last weekend of May. Had we known that prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere as we were traveling with a group of kids who were excited about the pool. I was unaware that the rooms are only refreshed every other day. I certainly will never book with a courtyard Marriott again for that reason alone. Paying $250 a night and not getting clean towels delivered or the room freshened up is crazy. There are too...
